Working with long time client, Helimods, CAB ROTO designed a special projects facility comprising of multiple building types.
Being so unique, the design project required substantial town plan and building code study, allowing the willing design team to push against the boundaries of normalcy.
The final design, ready for DA, is a building that addresses the client’s very specific brief while delivering a balanced, iconic piece of architecture.
